• the device and browser you are using;
• the spot or screen where the issue happened;
• the time the issue happened;
• a screenshot if it helps explain the problem;
• the email address on your Gusty account if the issue is account-specific.

Use the same support address for account access issues, profile corrections, and account deletion requests.
