When reporting a problem, include:
- the device and browser you are using;
- the spot or screen where the issue happened;
- the time the issue happened;
- a screenshot if it helps explain the problem;
- the email address on your Gusty account if the issue is account-specific.

Use the same support address for account access issues, profile corrections, and account deletion requests.
